Don't forget to vote on Tuesday, November 3rd!
Election Day is this coming Tuesday, November 3, and all eyes will be on New Jersey, one of only two states in the union with governor's races this year.
With everyone watching us, it's more important than ever that we make our voices heard in races that will take place up and down the ballot.
For governor, we have a chance to support a candidate who has supported us: Jon Corzine. He has rallied with dealers and slot technicians in Atlantic City and joined our call for fair contracts at AC casinos.
Corzine also helped all working families in New Jersey when he signed the NJ Family Medical Leave Act. This important bill requires employers to grant employees time off from work in connection with the birth or adoption of a child or the serious illness of a parent, child or spouse.
Because of his efforts to help working families, Corzine has been endorsed by the UAW, the AFL-CIO, and many other labor unions.
Next Tuesday's election is expected to be close, which means every vote -- including yours -- will be very important.
